The Hidden Secret To Staying Clean Inside
65
We hear it all the time "Prevention is better than cure", but it should have been "Prevention is harder than cure!". I hear your inner voice screaming "You got that right!". How can you keep yourself from eating those greasy burgers, the cheese dripping pizzas, salty french fries, nutty chocolate bars, ice cold soft drinks. The list goes on and on.
Do you want the secret to keeping your body clean after gulping down these oily and fattening foods? No, you dont need a credit card, its affordable. No need to go to the market, its right there in front of you. Its none other than your ordinary pure water. But wait that is not the secret. The real secret is WARM water. Wasn't that surprising?!! The secret is in the word warm. Note there is a difference between warm water and hot water.
If you were told to wash a plate that was dripping with oil and grease, what would you wash it with? Warm water! Same applies to your body. If you want to wash away the grease and oil you just consumed, drink warm water. Drinking cold beverages with oily foods will solidify the oily content of your food, slowing down the digestion process. The longer the food will stay in your intestines, the more chance there is of food decay.
Cold water depresses the digestive activity. Very cold or very hot water can cause a shock to the digestive system and over stimulate your kidneys. Hence the closer the temperature of water is to your body the easier it is for your digestive system to handle it.
Taking a glass of warm water first thing in the morning will aid in flushing out your kidneys and regulating bowel movements. So if you suffer from constipation, the most effective remedy would be drinking warm water. Don't believe, try it out yourself. Its a natural cleanser.
Warm water is known to have medicinal effects as well. Drinking warm water can help in clearing a clogged nose or soothe a sore throat. It prevents constipation and indigestion.
You are just a glass away from giving your body a good cleaning and flushing. Go ahead feel the new difference. The best way to detect how clean your body is inside is by taking a look at your skin. It reflects all that is going on inside. So drink your way to a clean inside and outside.
